In this unique experience we look at cacau from a different point of view. This is not about Bean-to-Bar and overly sweet Brigadeiros. This is about the origins of cacau, about its culture and impact on the history and culture of Brazil, and its uses as an ingredient in wonderful dishes from around the world.

In this 4-hour experience we learn how to prepare 6 different dishes from around the world that include Cacao in their recipe. We eat together in our beautiful winter garden accompanied by Brazilian wine and good conversation.

What is included: Welcome Drink and Snack, presentation, Caipirinha, Food (several recipes, depending on number of participants), Brazilian Wine pairing, exclusive and beautifully designed e-book with the recipes.
